The Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy) has constructed around 75,000 square meters of built-up area under phase I of its 172-acre permanent campus. The first phase of the complex includes an academic building with classrooms, conference halls, offices for faculty and non-teaching staff, and a boardroom. IIM Trichy is the eleventh IIM.It operates from its campus spread over 175 acres of land, about 11 km from Tiruchirappalli International Airport. The complex includes an academic building comprising of classrooms, conference halls, offices for faculties, non-teaching staff, a boardroom and a library. It will also have an IT centre and a management development programme campus meant for short and long term programmes for working executives.

Our client was shortlisted for Construction of Permanent Campus for IIM Tiruchirappalli including hostels, Residential And Other Ancilliary Buildings With Necessary Internal Civil And Electrical Services, Civil Development Works Like Roads, Storm Water Drains, STP, Water Treatment Plant, Utility Crossings And Electrical Works Like Fire Fighting Works With Fire Alarm, Wet Riser And Fire , Sprinkler Systems, Dg Sets, Sub Stations, Lifts Etc.
