Indian Institute of Management IIM Kashipur Campus - built by Shapoorji Pallonji E&C between 2016 and 2018 in phases.

The IIM Kashipur campus in Uttarakhand is set up over an area of ~200 acres that accommodates a built-up area of ~1.2 million sqft. The campus consists of academic area, students’ hostels, residential area for faculty and staff and other support facilities. IIM Kashipur campus is a self-contained, sustainable township based on the concepts of sustainable development and living. Bricks have been extensively used in the construction of this institute campus.

The contractor was tasked with construction of an integrated institutional campus with student hostels, faculty housing, canteen and other ancillary infrastructure.

Numbertree in the capacity of consulting engineering & audit services firm provided Techno Commercial Audit for the project and also provided operational excellence review of planning & billing for the entire duration of the project
